For the past four years, The Girlfriend’s Check-In has welcomed 40–50 women annually for a day of meaningful connection, coaching, and celebration. We’re thrilled to make year five our biggest and most impactful yet!

Aligned Coaching & Consulting provides coaching, professional development, and community-rooted advocacy to empower educators, leaders, and women. Through the Aligned Advocate branch, we create intentional spaces like The Girlfriend’s Check-In to center the wellness, growth, and leadership of Black women—offering opportunities to pause, reflect, and realign in both life and purpose.
